Articles of Faith:

Article I
Name: The name of this organization shall be, "MASKIL Fellowship International."

Article II
Headquarters: The principal place of business of this Corporation shall be 2227 Milburnie Road, in the City of Raleigh, State of North Carolina.

Article III
Principals and Purpose:
The purpose of this Organization shall be the gathering together of saved and Spirit-filled people; recognized as the Body or Church of Jesus Christ, and for the spreading of the Gospel as revealed in the Word of God. To own and operate a licensed private occupational school, offering courses in training individuals to be preacher, missionaries, evangelists and/or teachers. Admission will not be denied on the basis of race, color, creed, sex or national origin.

Article IV
Membership:
The membership of this corporation shall consist of the officers of this Corporation, Pastors, Ordained and Licensed Ministers, Evangelists, Missionaries and Laity approved by the Board of Directors.

Article V
Membership Meetings:
Section I.
Once every year, in the month of August, there shall be called, by the Executive Board, a general membership meeting of all the members of this Corporation, at which time complete reports shall be made of all Corporation business and activities. At least two (2) week notice, written or printed must be given in advance of such meetings.
Section II.
The President shall be the presiding officer at all Corporation meetings. In his absence the officers in due order, Vice-President or Secretary-Treasurer shall preside
Section III.
The Secretary shall keep a record of all business transactions at all Corporation meetings.

Article VI
Board of Directors:
A. The Board of Directors shall consist of seven (7) members, three (3) of which are the Executive Board, and four (4) appointed by the President and approved by the Executive Board. Each candidate must be an ordained minister in good standing with MASKIL Fellowship International.
B. The Board of Directors shall constitute a Board of Ordination not consisting of more than three (3) members.

Article VII
Officers:
The officers of this Corporation shall be: President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The office of the President shall be held respectively during-their life-time, and-shall be a member of the Board of Directors.
The Vice-President shall be appointed by the President, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
Any vacancy occurring in the Board of Directors Shall be filled by appointment of the President, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
A regularly meeting of Board of Directors shall be held once yearly during the Annual Convention. The President may call special additional Board meetings at his discretion.

Article VIII
Duties of Officers:

Section I. President
A. The President shall preside at all meetings of this corporation, Board of Directors, and Credentials Committee Meetings.
B. Shall be Executive Officer of head office. C. Shall be General Supervisor of all field work.
D. Shall sign all credentials and legal documents of this corporation.
E. Shall perform any other duties, usual and customary as Executive Officer.

Section II. Vice-President
A. Shall assist the President.
B. Shall preside at all meetings in the absence of the President.
C. Shall sign all credentials and legal documents of this Corporation.

Section III. Secretary and Treasurer
A. Shall keep accurate record of meetings and all receipts and disbursements.
B. Shall be custodian of all funds of this Corporation.
C. Shall give report every quarter, or as required by Board of Directors.
D. Shall be able to sign all credentials and legal documents of this Corporation.

Article IX
Section I. Credentials Committee
There shall be appointed by the President, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, a Credential Committee , Consisting of three (3) members. They shall have authority to issue certificates of Ordination to approved ministers.
Section II. Missionary Committee
These shall be a Missionary Committee not to exceed three (3) in number, approved by the Board of Directors. Their duties shall be:
A. To appoint and recommend appointment of missionaries.
B. To authorize a suitable, missionary policy, and establish standards for same, as will best honor and advance the Kingdom of God.

Article X
Marriage and Divorce:
A. Among Christian people, there are those who became entangled in their marriage relations and choose divorce as a means of adjusting such entanglement. In such cases, MASKIL Fellowship International recommends that the matter be left in the hands of the Lord.
B. Marriage and divorce are very essential to the individual, to the home and to the cause of Christ. It is recommended that Christians pray for God to keep them in purity and peace.
C. Any person married and divorced applying for ordination in MASKIL Fellowship International will be considered for ordination by the Board of Directors only upon the merits of each individual case.

Article XI
Requirements:
Ordination Requirements.
1. To qualify for ordinations, you must be at least twenty-one (21) year old.
2. If you are holding Ordinations with another group, we will honor and issue you the same status of ordinations.
3. If you are a licensed minister applying for ordinations, you must complete the required seven (7) Home Study Bible Courses. (See the Life Bible Institute pamphlet for more details).
4. We will honor your Bible studies, if you have received a certificate of completion or diploma.
B. Ministers Fees.
All Laity, Licensed and Ordinations are thirty nine ($39.00) Dollars each year.

Article XII
Homosexual Relationships:
A. Based upon the principles of the word of God and our desire to fulfill the commandments set forth therein, Maskil Fellowship International, Inc. reserves the right to deny issuing licenses to any person involved in homosexual activities, lifestyle or same sex marriages. Romans 1:1-32.
B. Ministers of this fellowship are prohibited from performing same sex marriage ceremonies.

False Religions:
A. Based upon the principles of the word of God and our desire to fulfill the commandments set forth therein, Maskil Fellowship International, Inc. will not grant a license to any person practicing witchcraft, voodoo, false religions, false teachings, worshiping of any false gods, etc.

B. Ministers and members are prohibited to participate in any and all of the above-mentioned activities. 2 Chronicles 33:6; Micah 5:12; Nahum 3:4-5; Galatians 5:17-21.

MASKIL Fellowship International, Inc., reserves the right to charge any amount for the use of our facilities for any occasions to members and non-members.

Ministers licensed with Maskil Fellowship International, Inc., reaching the age of 70 and any disabled minister, regardless of age, will receive their licenses at no cost, upon yearly renewal
